Exchange Policy

We always try our best to make sure that you love our product as much as we loved making it for you.

However, we'd be happy to exchange any item that is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags, within 7 days from the date of delivery, for a different size or style. 

Please Note: 

  • SALE products cannot be exchanged/returned.

Return Policy

Item that are unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags are eligible for return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Incase of a defect in the product, we would require clear parcel opening videos or pictures.

  2. Return Instructions: We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.
  3. Pack Your Item: Ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

Processing Your Refund

  • Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our refund criteria.
  • Refunds will be creditedwithin 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please follow the same return process and specify your desired exchange in your email.
